Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales made through the AMS online store are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 working days of delivery. Any claims made after this period may not be accepted. In the event of a fault or error on our part, we will either replace the item or issue a credit at our discretion.

Please ensure that all specifications, dimensions, and suitability are confirmed before placing an order. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting us for advice prior to purchase.
