Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UK. For offshore locations, Highlands, and remote areas, additional charges or lead times may apply. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Standard lead times vary depending on the product and stock availability. Estimated delivery dates will be confirmed at the time of order or shortly afterwards.

Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided separately for larger or custom items. Some products may require palletised delivery or offloading equipment – this will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Access Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is suitable access for delivery vehicles. Failed deliveries due to access restrictions may incur a redelivery charge.

Damaged or Missing Items
You must inspect all goods on delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported to us within 3 working days. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
